No matter the size of your event, we assign one single point of contact that is with you from the very first day of planning to the last day of move-out. In addition to your account executive, your event will have an exhibitor service coordinator who works with every one of your exhibitors both preshow and on-site. No matter what part of the country your show is in, that same team will be with both you and your exhibitors the entire way. We believe that maintaining that cohesive team is essential to providing the very best convention experience.
Focuses on the needs of the Show Manager and oversees the Exhibitor Service Coordinator and Operations Lead. The Account Executive is the main contact for the Show Management Team. They will ensure that all needs are attended to in a timely manner pre show, onsite and post show. The Account Executive will provide Floor Plan Revisions, Graphic information and Specialty Furniture specific to the Show Management Team.
This single point of contact allows for a smooth and seamless planning experience. You know that the person you work with during the planning phase is the same person that will make sure everything is executed on-site.
Exhibitor Service Coordinator:
Viper is committed to providing exhibitors all the resources required to present their company in the most productive and positive setting possible, supported by a team of conscientious, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The Exhibitor Services Coordinator is on the show from start to finish. This ensures that they are familiar with each exhibitor and avoids any mis-communication that could occur. We aim to provide the very same exceptional service that the show manager gets to every single exhibitor.
Our experienced staff is here to help. Whether you have a first-time exhibitor that needs to be walked through the show or a seasoned exhibitor ordering a custom exhibit, our courteous staff will help them every step of the way. All of our shows are assigned a coordinator to serve as the main point of contact offering a more personalized experienced for your exhibitors. Working closely with the show team, our coordinators are able to answer show specific questions and address unique exhibitor requests promptly, providing solutions and resources in the timeliest fashion pre show, during the event and post show.
