Meet The Team

Bryan Olis


Bryan founded Viper Tradeshow Services, Inc. on August 25, 1997 and currently serves as the President/CEO of Viper. After serving as National Sales Manager at Brook Convention Services from 1990 to 1993 and Vice President of Blackhawk Convention Services from 1994 to 1997, Bryan’s vision to create a versatile multitalented team of industry professionals dedicated to unmatched service materialized when Viper opened its doors in 1997. Bryan resides in Chicago, IL with his family. Outside of the office when he is not soaking up time with his family, you can find Bryan on the golf course working on his handicap.

John Roberts


John began working at Viper Tradeshow Services, Inc in 2002 working during summers and winter breaks while attending college at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. He then came on full time in 2007. Over the 15 years he has been here he has been involved with several different aspects of the tradeshow industry. Whether it is selling and promoting Viper or working on the production of shows, John brings an energy and passion. When he isn’t working at tradeshows you can find John spending time with his wife Katie and their beautiful daughter Scarlett, or rooting on the Chicago sports teams.

Dave Kordecki

Sr. Vice President, Sales

Dave has enjoyed over 35 years within the Hotel/Convention business. Beginning with the Hilton family of Hotels to the City of Chicago/ McCormick Place, Dave’s experience and extensive knowledge of the industry from all angles is unprecedented. Upon his arrival to Viper Tradeshow Services back in 2004, he along with several key members of the team embarked upon an extensive sales organization process that spring boarded the Company. It is the simple pleasures of life that Dave and his wife Cindy enjoy; from fun in the sun, to relaxing weekends together (when not traveling), to the Chicago Bears and of course spending time with their grandchildren Kylee and Blake along with their five children and their spouses. Family time and enjoying life together is a primary focus for the both of them. Throughout the years at Viper Tradeshow Services, Dave has been extremely proud to have worked with three of his children (Morgan, Missy and Joe) at one time or another. This was (and currently is) truly a once in a lifetime opportunity that will always be cherished.

Cindy “Hank” Schlueter

Vice President, Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Hank oversees the marketing and promotion efforts of the company since 2002. She is also a valued sales team member having a long and successful background in sales. She brings to Viper a variety of perspectives having spent most of her career in the trade show industry and having worked for a graphic house, exhibit design and build, and trade show forwarder. Hank enjoys greatly the relationship side of the industry and feels it’s her strength for providing proactive solutions and ideas for her customer’s events. She resides in the Kansas City Missouri area, is the proud mother of 2 children, married to her husband Bob for more than 20 years. Outside of work and family Hank enjoys volunteering, church activities, cycling and reading.

Tim Meehan

Vice President, Sales

Tim joined Viper in 2005 after spending over 10 years with GES in their Chicago office. His background covers a variety of skills including Operations, Graphics, Exhibit Sales and Account Management. The versatility of Tim’s background enables him to be involved in many areas of the Viper Tradeshow Services success. Tim serves in the capacity of Vice President, Sales and oversees our in-house creative services department. He brings an energy and confidence to his projects his customer’s value greatly. Tim, his wife Paula and 3 daughters live in Algonquin, Illinois where Tim is very involved with his children’s sports and activities, makes a strong attempt to play Hockey and an even stronger attempt to fish.

John Olis

Vice President, Sales

John brings a background of over 20 years of progressive sales and customer service experience to Viper. Prior to joining Viper, John was a Vice President of a nationally recognized company that was ranked by Inc. magazine as the “Fastest Growing Privately Held Company in the Country”. John was responsible for not only growing top and bottom line revenues but also growing the organizations overall customer satisfaction scores to over 98%. John has an unwavering commitment to quality and customer service and believes it’s the customer’s perception of quality that matters most. John resides in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife Amy. When not in the office John enjoys spending time in the gym and attending their Son Noah’s hockey games as well as visiting their Daughter Paige in Iowa.

Anthony Abbate

Vice President, Sales

Anthony brought 30 years of combined hospitality, convention and tradeshow experience when he joined the Viper team in 2011. After a successful career with Hilton, Stouffer & Marriott Hotels, as well as working for the cities of Los Angeles and Chicago’s Convention & Tourism Bureau’s, Anthony brings a proven sales, service, organization and relationship building history to Viper. In his spare time, Anthony likes to hit the woods and waters with his son Victor as often as he can. His other hobby is helping his two daughters create a life of independence without him going broke in the process as his oldest daughter, Janelle, has just finished college, and his other, Veronica, is just entering.

Rick Tyner

General Manager – Kansas City

Rick has over 33 years of experience in the tradeshow industry. Starting in the early 80’s with Hubbell/Tyner, Rick’s strong operational skills were developed over a 10 year span as warehouse manager. Rick also was a production manager and an Account Executive with Hubbell/Tyner. In 2001 he was named General Manager of Geo E. Fern Co. when they purchased Hubbell/Tyner, and served as the GM/Regional Manager for 12 years. In 2014 Rick joined Viper Tradeshow Services as the General Manager of Kansas City to help expand Viper’s presence in the mid-west, and nationally. When Rick is not working he likes to spend time with family, and enjoys weightlifting and biking.

Don Lenhof

Southeast Regional Manager

Don has over 38 years of experience and was first introduced to the tradeshow industry by his father Don Sr., who was with George Fern Company in Cincinnati for over 40 years. Don Jr. started his career with George Fern Company in the late 70’s. In 1991 Don left George Fern and was hired by The Aaron Group and moved to Alexandria, Virginia first as their Warehouse Manager, then in 1993 was promoted to Director of Operations, followed by a promotion in 1997 to Vice President, Operations. In 2000 Don was asked to return to George Fern as their Charlotte General Manager, where he spent 13 years. In 2013 Don joined Viper Tradeshow Services as the South-East Regional Manager located in Charlotte to help expand Viper’s presence in the south-east and nationally. When Don is not working he likes to spend time with family and enjoys playing golf.

Krista D’Amico

Director, Exhibitor Services

Krista began working in the tradeshow industry in the fall of 1989 at a Display House in Chicago, Illinois. She brings a wide range of experience having worked in the rental furniture sector, various Display Houses and now on the General Contractor side. She is grateful to be working at Viper Tradeshow Services because of the flexibility offered which helps her to balance work and motherhood. Krista resides in Chicago with her husband, two teenage sons and their beloved dog.

Joe Kordecki

Director of Sales

Joe has been brought up in the industry since he was a teenager, helping with set-ups and move-outs, and working in the warehouse in the summertime, winter break, and after school. This has allowed him to see every aspect of the industry first hand. Joe began working full-time in 2010 at the Corporate Headquarters and quickly became a Show-site Foreman. In the Fall of 2013 Joe became the West Coast Regional Manager for the Las Vegas location. He has thrived in that position and is now the Director of Sales for the West Coast. In his free-time Joe enjoys playing a round of golf, hiking in the Red Rocks, or playing the guitar.

Steve Paff

Creative Director

As Creative Director, Steve works closely with Account Managers and clients to create fun and interesting brands for each show. He has been with the company since 2008, and has played an integral part in creating both the Design Department, and also the in-house Production department. At Viper, his main focus is on the needs of the clients, but in his time with us, he has also worked with the Marketing team to completely re-brand the company, making it more modern and recognizable. He also specializes in Custom Exhibit design, and has a multitude of ideas to bring the client's vision to life. He resides in Melbourne, FL with his wife Christina, and their 2 daughters. Outside of the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.



Shaun Martin has over 20 years of experience planning and producing shows and corporate events as a general foreman and is an event operations specialist. He has been involved with national conventions & trade shows, corporate meetings & events, and has worked in nearly every major and second tier markets throughout the United States and Canada. He also has extensive knowledge in custom booths and has been the lead account manager for Sprint, Samsung, and Cerner.



Hinge Han has over 18 years of experience planning and producing shows as a general foreman and account executive. He has been involved with national conventions & trade shows, corporate meetings & events, and has worked in nearly every major and second tier markets throughout the United States and Canada.

Nathan Chin

Operations Manager

Nathan is a native Las Vegas resident who brings over 20 years of customer service experience in the hotel and casino industry. Nathan has worked as a front desk clerk, room reservations, theme park supervisor, and slot technician for several Las Vegas strip resorts. His whole Professional career has been customer service based which makes him a great fit within the convention industry. Nathan is a proud father to three boys; Zachary, Nicholas, and Dominic. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Nickie and the boys as well as golfing and hitting the trails on a mountain bike.

Michael Roberts

Account Executive

Michael is a University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana Graduate. He began working at Viper Tradeshow Services in 2006 over the Summer and Winter Break while attending college. Michael came on Full time in August of 2013. He has a well-rounded knowledge and understanding of every aspect of the Tradeshow industry from working in the warehouse to working with exhibitors/Show Managers to working directly with the facilities. Michael lives in Aurora IL with his wife Stephanie and their dog Rocky Balboa. When Michael is not working he enjoys Playing intramural Basketball, Golfing, going to all sorts of sporting events in the Chicagoland area.

Ryan Azarela

Account Executive

Ryan spent 7 years in the Chicago painters' union in which 3 of those years he served as a foreman for a large painting contractor. He came to Viper in October of 2011 looking for a fresh start, and became Operations Manager in February of 2012. He transitioned into an Account Executive in 2015, in which he organizes particular events and works directly on site to ensure the event runs efficiently. Ryan lives in Huntley, Illinois with his wife and son. In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing many different organized sports, golfing, and spending time with family.

Samantha Jacobs

Exhibitor Services Coordinator

Samantha began working with Viper in 2015 as a Show Coordinator. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University in 2010 and has extensive experience in customer service. She enjoys having the opportunity to travel with Viper and working with many different people. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her nephews’ sporting events, and running marathons.

Faithful Williams

Exhibitor Service Coordinator

Faithful had been in the Customer Service Industry for over 5 years before joining the Viper Team. She progressed to being a services coordinator for a non-profit organization in Kansas City, where she participated in the planning of events and meetings ranging from small social events to large fundraising events. Making sure to create the best experience for everyone with her attention to detail, willingness to work with others, and her can do attitude she excelled in her field of customer service. Expanding from there she moved to the telecommunications field where she worked as a lead escalation manager working to solve problems in real time and maintain that the level of customer service went above and beyond. She now enjoys providing assistance with the Viper Team in Kansas City, to include all aspects of meeting and convention services. Bringing her years of customer service experience to the Viper Team she has been able to expand her skills providing the best service in the tradeshow industry.

Ellen Seebold

Business Development Manager

Ellen brings over 18 years of experience in the event business. Her career in the tradeshow industry started as an Account Manager with GES in the custom exhibits department. In 2007, Ellen began working as an Account Executive for Fern Exposition Services in Charlotte, NC and produced shows all over the country. In 2016, she decided to accept a position as Business Development Manager with Viper Tradeshow Services to help grow the Charlotte/Southeast market and national presence. Prior to working with General Services Contractors, Ellen worked for the Kentucky State Fair in the Sponsorship Department selling sponsorships and producing Sponsor events for the fair. She contributes her strong worth ethic, ability to multi-task and customer services skills to working at McDonald’s during high school and college. Ellen is originally from Louisville, KY and is a proud graduate of the University of Louisville. Outside of Viper, Ellen loves to spend time with her husband, daughter and two dogs.

Matt Moses

Production Manager

Matt graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Architectural Design. He started working at Viper in 2014 setting up shows as an onsite foreman. In 2017 he moved into the design department where he now supervises the production of the graphics ordered and sent out to shows. He also works as a CAD designer setting up show floorplans for the different venues that are contracted. When he is not working he enjoys time with his family and playing with his dogs.

William Lerner

Exhibitor Services Coordinator

As one of the newer employees here at Viper Tradeshow Services Will is excited to start his career in the trade show industry. Graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2010 and spent the previous 7 plus years in the customer service industry. In October of 2017 he relished the opportunity to join Viper and is eager to learn from such a fantastic team. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my Wife and family, playing hockey and supporting all Chicago sports teams.

Elena Nulle

Account Executive

Elena joined Viper in 2018 as a Show Coordinator. She comes with an extensive customer service background serving over 30 years in the customer service industry. Elena is enjoying working among her coworkers and show management teams to create successful shows that will continue to grow year after year. She is finding the travel part of this position to be an added bonus that lends itself to experiencing many different cities and working with so many different tradeshows allows for meeting and connecting with unique and incredible people in and outside of the industry. In her spare time Elena enjoys time with her children and grandchildren creating lasting memories.
